Steve Heath is a seasoned construction and development professional with a passion for bringing visionary projects to life. As the founder of Heath Development and Construction Management, he plays a critical role in guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. With a sharp eye for design, strategic problem-solving, and a hands-on approach, Steve helps maximize profitability while creating developments that enhance communities.

Steve launched his career at Lusardi Construction in San Diego, where he gained hands-on experience managing large-scale commercial projects. After relocating to Idaho, he worked with a high-end custom home builder before transitioning into real estate development with a Bend-based firm. It was during this time that he recognized the need for a more client-focused, solutions-driven approach—leading him to establish Heath Development and Construction Management.

With experience spanning commercial, industrial, and residential construction, as well as multi-family and mixed-use development, Steve understands the complexities of bringing projects to life. Known for his calm demeanor, collaborative approach, and clear communication, he keeps projects moving seamlessly with regular updates and proactive problem-solving. His strong relationships with architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and city officials ensure a streamlined, efficient, and timely construction experience.

Steve earned his degree from Texas A&M University. An avid outdoorsman, he spends much of his free time fly fishing and hunting across Idaho. A California native, he also has a lifelong love for surfing. He enjoys cooking, supporting local farmers and ranchers, and continuously investing in personal growth. Guided by the philosophy of a strong mind, a strong body, and strong relationships, Steve approaches both business and life with intention and purpose.
